Mortgage Advisor Fees
Some mortgage brokers charge mortgage advisor fees to help arrange the mortgage, they usually also receive a fee from the lender once the mortgage completes.
Mortgage broker prices can vary depending on who you deal with.
At Stuart Brown Mortgage Services we believe in providing an excellent service and generally rely upon the fee received from the lender (so that we can cover our costs in running our business). For this reason, we will not normally charge a fee for our service.
As a result of this, we are much more reliant on referrals from our clients and recommendations. We sincerely hope that once you have taken advantage of our service you will happily recommend us to friends, family and colleagues and become a repeat customer yourself!
The Financial Conduct Authority (the organisation that regulates Mortgage & Insurance Advice) dictates, however, that we must offer our clients the option of paying us a fee to prove our independent status. If therefore you would prefer to pay us a fee (we will not then receive a fee from the lender) then this option is also available to you.
Contact us today if you have any questions on mortgage advisor fees.

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up the repayments on your mortgage.
